Stop wasting time on the wrong things!

Most podcasters try to fix surface-level stuff: new intro music, more marketing, new brand colors.
When what they really need is stronger fundamentals.

I help podcasters improve the listener experience so their show feels clearer, tighter, and more professional
(without losing personality).

Here's how I can help!

PODCAST REVIEW + STRATEGY CALL

Strategic, listener-first feedback that helps you refine your podcast and create a stronger, more engaging experience.

You’ll receive a thoughtful review of your podcast, along with a 60-minute strategy call with clear, practical guidance on what to improve next.

Turnaround time: I’ll take about 5 business days to review your podcast, then we’ll schedule your strategy call at a time that works for both of us.

$165

What's included?
  • Review of up to 60 minutes of your podcast content (one episode or a selection)

  • Evaluation of your show structure, pacing, and listener experience

  • Review of your podcast presence (titles, descriptions, platforms, website, and social media)

  • A 60-minute strategy call where we walk through what’s working, what could be stronger, and what to focus on next

Who's this for?

This is for podcasters who want to improve their show but aren’t exactly sure what to change or where to focus.

If you’re open to honest, listener-first feedback and ready to make thoughtful improvements, this will be a great fit.

What types of shows do you work with?

I enjoy supporting podcasts that focus on education, ideas, and meaningful conversations.

Many of the topics I’m excited to work with include business, leadership, mental health, history, geography, animals, and interesting facts about the world.

I’m also open to working with podcasts created for specific industries or professional communities (for example designers, tradespeople, or educators), as well as shows connected to nonprofits or the military community.

At this time, I generally avoid editing podcasts centered on religion, spirituality, or politics.

If you're unsure whether your show would be a good fit, feel free to reach out and ask.

PODCAST EDITING (AUDIO ONLY)

Professional editing that protects your voice, and improves the listener experience.

I edit audio-first podcasts with a producer’s mindset and a listener’s attention span, so your audience stays engaged and your message lands.

Turnaround time: 5 business days after receiving all files.

$120 - $350 per episode (prices vary depending on raw audio length)

What's included?
  • Full audio edit (tightening, cleanup, pacing, flow)

  • Removing verbal clutter, awkward pauses, and distractions

  • Cleaner structure and smoother transitions

  • Final mix + export, ready for upload

Who's this for?
  • Hosts who want consistent, professional episodes

  • Shows that need stronger flow and cleaner pacing

  • Podcasters who want listeners to keep coming back

Do you edit video podcasts?

No, I edit audio-only podcasts. Here's why:

Most shows don’t need a full video setup to be effective. Everyone thinks you 'need' to have a video version of your episodes, and that's not true. In fact, there are many podcasters who are actually hurting themselves by trying to be 'video first, and audio second.'

If you book a call with me (before deciding to work with me), I'm happy to explain further why you don't need (and probably shouldn't have) a video podcast.

How many revisions of an episode edit are included?

1 revision is included. Here's how it works:

After I deliver the completed episode file, I expect you to listen through the whole episode. If you'd like me to go back in and alter anything, I'm happy to do 1 revision. If after that 1st revision, you'd like me to do a 2nd revision, I will then charge you $35/hour.

TESTIMONIALS

"I have been a podcast host for 7 years and am so glad to be working with Lina La Rue for my podcast. She has an incredible ability to make every episode sound amazing!

More than an editor, Lina also provides strategy, suggestions for headlines, YouTube optimization and more.

I highly recommend Lina for podcast editing and podcast strategy. You will be surprised, delighted and appreciate her attention to detail."

Natalie Benamou

"Working with Lina on my podcast audit was such a gift. What I appreciated most was how she balanced encouragement with actionable insights.

She highlighted what I’m already doing well and then provided me with clear, practical steps to improve, without ever making it feel overwhelming. Lina sees things from every angle: listener, editor, social media manager, and host, which gave me such a fresh perspective on how to grow my show.

If you’re looking for someone who will not only help you polish your podcast but also help you understand how to connect with your audience more deeply, I can’t recommend Lina enough. She's truly a pod-nerd in the BEST way!!"

Heather Eck

"Lina has a real passion for the work she takes on and always searches for meaning. Even if there’s only a thread to hold onto, she’ll pull on it until it reveals something worth building on.

One time we had a tight deadline on a story that came from nearly an hour-long conversation. There were so many ways it could’ve been told, but she quickly found the thru-line that would resonate most with the people it was for. That’s what makes her such a strong documentary-style storyteller: she sees the whole picture.

Lina knows how to look at what’s there, ask the right questions, and start assembling the picture so the original designer’s intent finally comes to life."
